- Shipping plants internationally: All plants are sent with roots or bare-root; Certain plants may be affected with yellowish or fallen leaves; This is unavoidable.
Normally new leaves will form within 1 month. We do not take responsibility for yellowish or fallen leaves, please understand.
😅 I have to proceed application of Export permit from Government Thailand prior to shipping.It usually takes 5 – 7 working days.
1️⃣ All Place in USA for me put on the Phytosanitary document on your box together for you and you can buying not over 12 plants in one box (Hobby)
(do not need import promise) The USDA and customs to approved 100%.
2️⃣ In USA if over 12 plants up (USDA need to import promise) you can request import promise from website USDA after that you send file of import promise to me.
📋 All Place in Europe for me put on the Phytosanitary document on your box together for you. (do not need import promise)
☃️ Please be mindful of effects of exposure to warm and/or cold climates to include travel areas en route to final destination. No heat packs available. All sales are final.
♻️ DOA Replacements (No return,No refund): I willing to entertain your claim,but we can do it only once. Either to send replacement items.
